At Prolon Life, we stand behind the quality of our dietary programs and are committed to your wellness journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and original-condition products.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging and clearly mark the assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Item
Send your return to our processing facility using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
